The service we have received from this establishment has left a bitter taste in our mouths. We bought 4 high chairs at their showroom and while they are quick to take your cash they’ll give you subpar after sales service. Firstly it wasn’t communicated that we need to assemble the chairs ourselves or we could pay extra for their white glove service - we only found this out after they had delivered. So we pay for the assembly service and they come through to assemble. All should be well right? Nope! Two of the assembled chairs are now falling apart (thank goodness we didn’t assemble ourselves else we wouldn’t have a leg to stand on) less than a week from assembly and fortunately they are willing to replace the chs. Here’s the kicker, they won’t be scotch guarding our chairs like we have which means we must pay again for something we already have paid for. I then suggest they only replace the stand and leave the seat as we’ve already treated them and they won’t. Why? Only they know. I utterly regret purchasing from this store. Nonhlanhla (sales assistant), Shirley (store manager) & Portia (client liaison) you should write a handbook on how NOT to handle customers. Shirley, your “take it or leave it tone” with me this morning is why I’ve resorted to a public review :) P.S. a customer doesn’t need to request their change when making a purchase, it’s an obvious thing to do especially if you know what you’re doing.
Maybe LIFT airlines should consider not having an online check in system in place if they’re going to decide to move & inconvenience other paying passengers to accommodate people who have failed to plan their trip accordingly. If I check in and choose a front seat it’s because I want a front seat, it’s not a maybe. Even worse they say had I prepaid for this seat they still would’ve moved me & instead refunded me ???? Absolutely dismal!

So my last review regarding a property - CARRERA CLOSE - we were sold by *insert name* from Chas Everitt was removed because apparently it wasn’t within the Hello Peter guidelines so hopefully this one is. Before you think of purchasing a property from the new development CARRERA CLOSE in Paulshof I would STRONGLY advise you to chat to some of the owners first. That’s all I’m going to say P.S. after my initial review was removed I thought I wasn’t going to write another one, then it hit me that I would’ve appreciated some sort of knowing about this place before making such a big decision. There’s minimal info regarding this place on the net, I wonder why
If I could I would rate it negative five. Keith Smith from Chas Everitt Johannesburg has sold us the worst property in the history of properties. My husband & I have bought into a new development in Paulshof on Wroxham Road namely Carrera Close that had promised to be one of a kind as it’s the only development around here that has duplexes & boy did it deliver! It really is one of a kind! When it rains the roofs leaks. The taps have a rumbling sound when you open them. Their heat pumps aren’t working or even properly installed - if you’re even lucky to have a heat pump - the guy that installed them was using YouTube videos to figure it out. You can’t get anything larger than a double bed base up the stairs. Their workmanship is so shoddy you have to bring in someone else to do the job. Nothing here works as it should and yet it’s a new development! I’m writing this review because on the net there is nothing regarding this development & I’m hoping potential buyers come across it (as I had wished myself) & not even bother spending their hard earned cash on this hopeless case that has been ‘developing’ for over three years now & is on its third contractor. Rather go drink your money!
To go this far, is to show how frustrated I am with Angor & it's property management, or lack thereof in this case! Our bathroom & bedroom is so full of black mould, it's despicable! This is just ONE of the problems we have in this rental. Upon viewing this was the best apartment ever, but living in it has been a nightmare! But then again, I should've assumed the kind of service I would receive when we moved in to a dirt filthy place filled with wood & unused carpets ON THE DAY WE WERE SUPPOSED TO MOVE IN. My sons health is my priority & this mould is a health hazard!! In the bedrooms too! I would never advise anyone to move into this place when we leave. 54 Inyati Sands!! I'm so angry!!
