Poor
I recently visited Mustang Sally's Hatfield with high expectations, particularly for their renowned Hulk burger. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by slow service and forgetful waitstaff. The waiter seemed to struggle with remembering our orders, leading to a frustrating dining experience. Our primary motivation for making the trip from the Northwest was to indulge in the elusive Hulk burger, as it wasn't available at the Montana branch. While we did get to savor the unique taste of the Hulk burger, the overall poor service at the Hatfield branch overshadowed the culinary delight. Comparatively, our experiences at the Montana branch of Mustang Sally's have been consistently positive, with attentive service and a wide selection of delicious options. Next time, I would rather opt for a regular giant burger at the Montana branch, where the service is on point, than endure the combination of the Hulk burger and subpar service at the Hatfield location. In conclusion, while the Hulk burger lived up to its reputation, the overall dining experience at Mustang Sally's Hatfield fell short of expectations due to slow and forgetful service. For a more enjoyable meal, I recommend visiting the Montana branch where service is efficient, and the menu offers satisfying alternatives.

Poor service
Poor poor after sales service story after story after story my Bakkie had so many problems I had to fight to just get it road worthy and today is day 20 of the 21 days after the Bakkie lic has exspired and still a story Will never buy any thing from them again Very Poor And every day all u get is O we r so sorry Or the maniger tells u ja but u don’t understand
