In my whole life, I have never seen such unfriendly, unhelpful, arrogant and bluntly obnoxious staff as those at PnP at the Boy de Goede Circle in Table View, Cape Town. Especially the Liquor Store. It's been a year now and it is getting worse. I cannot name them 'cause they do not have name badges but they sure as hell do not know the first thing about customer service, client care or business in general, please train them or fire them because they do PnP's name harm...
Worst Lodge in Cape Town. Ill-maintained due to lack of staff, roofs are leaking, 80+ surfaces covered in black mould due to excessive moisture, leaks under basin and zink because of lack or unwillingness to do maintenance. It once took 2 weeks to replace a lightbulb in the toilet. Stoves are tripping or not working, in one room we did not have a stove at all for almost a week. Low water pressure in the showers. No heating as advertised. dogs chasing and attacking/biting guests. The dogs do their business on the gravel around the pool and outside the unit's main door and it's not picked up for days on end - all weekends... Security at the entrance is a big concern because the latch is usually not activated but then the owners refuse to let you know when there are guests for you - rudeness and bad attitudes equal very bad service. The wifi doesn't work properly due to the owner fiddling and the try to blame an IT- Networking specialist.... we never did inspections in any of the rooms and on the last day invited the owner who declined just t6o accuse us the next day of being filthy and pin broken items on us, Which we didn't brake so he could steal the deposit. to insult is that he then write a follow up about 2 forks missing we used our own cutlery and that is just lousy. Called it extensive cleaning - something lodge owners have to do when guests leave. Overall the worst experience I ever had, and I stayed in thousands of lodges and hotels in y lifetime. I WILL DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
Everything has been said below. They are even worse that what the strongest language can describe. To proof it : Not a single one of these reports had a reply.. that tells you everything you ought to know. They just simply don't care. As soon as your money is taken, ...and they make sure they take it with a clever automated scheme, your nightmare begins. NO CLIENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT, NO SENSIBLE SENIOR to talk to ... only Automated emails and SMS. WORST COMPANY EVER, the whole bunch should be in jail!!! I have tried for one whole year, I am close to having a stroke. BEWARE BEWARE PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS ! ! !
We are buying from this store on a daily basis for the last 3 months. Since day one we sensed a general bad attitude from most Cashiers ins the store. In fact, we had only two occasions where we received excellent Service - rare indeed.
What I have to point out is that one cashier, her name unknown, bluntly refused one morning to let us pay at her till. This happened at the express outlet and in front of a whole queue of customers. We insisted to speak to a manager and she arrogantly told us we are welcome to complain. we could not find a manager at that moment.
This morning my daughter paid at the express outlet and received a R50.00 note that is slightly torn on one side. When she tried to use this at the liquor store moments later, the cashier refused to take the note. Trying to talk to her was fruitless and we only received a arrogant and rude attitude. Again a Manager ignored us, after his attention was called at CS Desk.
I am extremely disappointed and increasingly agitated by this constant unacceptable behavior that is becoming the norm in PnP stores. I realize not going back that I will certainly not be missed but I feel that it should be brought under peoples attention
