Miway is the best!!!

Unfair treatment by ABSA Vehicle Finance
As a long standing customer of over 20 years with ABSA, (with a credit score of over 650), I app**** for vehicle finance with ABSA. The bank, through Thandeka Ngxangane, requested for clarity about additional income which I duly provided albeit she was a bit cold and harsh and appeared to have made a decision to reject it prematurely without evidence. I was suprised that after all that clarity and requested documents explaining additional income, she rejected the documents with no explanation. Strangely, one of the document was accepted some years ago when i app**** for finance. My sense is that the bank does not understand my income model against the "Know Your Customer" principle and further I sense I was not treated fairly probably due to the frosty exchange with Thandeka Ngxangane. The local ABSA branch were also suprised with her feedback with no explanation. I am shopping for a new bank which will attempt to Know me as a valued customer and treat me fairly and will move my bond/vehicle finance and personal cheque accounts to them.

CMH group Honda Glen sold me a car with no licence disc and no spare key. Its a month now of being ignored & excuses. My friends advised me not to drive the car as it may be an *******ly acquired one.

ABSA INSURANCE IS A ****
Absa is ****ming it's customers and making it difficult to claim insurance. Please stay away from them. I know because I have been a customer for 20 years. They are delaying approving loss of income insurance claim so that they don't pay!!!!!! Stay away please

ABSA Vehicle Finance - False (fraud) marketing
Guys, be careful of what Absa tell you about their ABSA Vehicle financing!! They promised via sms that they would give cash back if you finance an additional car with them but after you finance with ABSA Vehicle Finance, they make up stories about their terms and conditions which you asked but they did not inform you off. I called their call centre and they informed me that i qualify but after financing the car, they are saying they never said that. Take it from me, a loyal customer since 2004, go to other banks for car finance, not these ones. I am in the process of moving accounts.
