Worst customer service ever. I have for years tried to discourage my suppliers overseas from using TnT but occasionally they have no alternatives. As usual my latest package is MIA between Frankfurt and JHB and no one (repeat no one) knows whats going on. Its 2 weeks and I am still waiting. It should have been 5 days. TnT are so arrogant that even the MD in South Africa doesn't even take my call.
My new PABX requires a call out every 2-3 weeks. the problem is temporarily fixed a day or two later before the next problem creeps up.
