Bad repairs
Abbey advertising in the Rekord Newspaper as 0181 REPAIRS colum. We phoned him in Desember 2014 and got a quote for the repair of our fridge/freezer for R 350, he came and repaired it and we needed to pay R700. With in a few days the fridge/freezer did not work, struggling to get hold of him he promised to came and after several calls and frustrated efforts he came repair it,, just more than a week the fridge/freezer did not work. Ever since that time we called and called ones again just promises he never pitched up to repair it. I send a complaint through to Rekord Newspaper and they give me feedback that they could not do anything. Please help we are pensioner's and don't have money to waste.
