Good service received from Dotsure and Tamara Naki
I had such a great call from Tamara Naki. She was friendly, helpful and understanding. She even had compassion at the reason my dogs are not in my care anymore. Thank you very much Tamara. You are the reason that I will insure my new pets with dotsure again.

Fraud
I ordered goods in the beginning of the year and received it within 3 weeks. My second order was 3 times more. I ordered it on 1 April 2015 and now nearly 10 weeks later, its still not here. I've sent e-mails to them, even one translated into Mandarin, but no response.
