We have appointed Masindi Roof Trusses to supply and install the roof trusses and sheeting thereof in August 2015. In September 2015 trusses were installed and two months after no sheeting have been installed. The estate we are building at currently they are closing for December holidays on the 11th. We cannot on holidays without roofing being installed, due to theft and bad weather conditions. Non delivery and installation have halted many things like installation of aluminium windows, doors and painting. We spoke to Shane(Managing Director) several times and clearly he is not prepared to commit to anything. He is unreliable and non apologetic person. We need an answer as to when he is coming to install roof sheeting as we don't owe him. I didnt expect such a bad service.<br> Phone: 081 580 2408 /073 3144716. Please assist. (Frustrated customer).
I bought goods for cash on the 06/11/2014 and 01/12/2014 but to my surprise, I receive statements from Homechoice that I am owing 772.84 in my account. What's annoying is that every time I call customer centre for assistance to get clarity on this account, I am told that it will get fixed to date nothing has been done. I called again today and spoke to a very rude lady by the name of Alin Viner who transferred from one department to the other because she could not resolve my query.
