<p>I was involved in a car accident on Jan 07, 2017. Regent Insurance only authorized vehicle repairs on Jan 27, 2017. Courtesy car was given on Jan 11, 2017 and it needed to be returned to Bidvest car rental on the on Feb 10, 2017. Bidvest demanded their car back Feb 10, 2017 as that was the authorisation that they got from the insurance.</p> <p> </p> <p>Needless to say, Regent insurance claims department failed to extend car hire although they dragged their feet and delayed to authorize the repairs. I constantly had to call the Renew-it to check how far they are in fixing my car as Regent was not bothered. Regent disregarded giving me feedback, failed to extend car rental although they are the ones who caused delays. In addition they became phantoms couldn’t answer my calls ant took forever to respond to may e-mails.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 16th of Feb 2017, Renew-it called me to come and pick up the car, I arranged Uber to get me to Renew-It; a very costly exercise I might add only to be called 3 minutes before my arrival that my car is not ready for collection, all they could say is that they are sorry and I demanded to be taken home which seemed like a swearword in their eyes.</p> <p> </p> <p>So currently I’m stranded without a car regardless of comprehensive insurance premiums which I religiously pay, which were selected by Iemas car financing company. I have to beg for lifts and use Uber to attend meetings which is a very an extremely expensive exercise. Urgently fix my car or arrange another courtesy car, your conduct is unacceptable, unethical and highly unprofessional.</p> <p> </p> <p>Disgusted Client</p>
<p>I took a short term loan with Yupee cash and settled it. Now I need a settlement letter and their systems have been offline for quite some time now and this is very frustrating. I understand that their system is offline, but surely they can have some interaction with their clients via e-mail or telephone. <p>On April 21, 2016 I parked my car home only to learn that it got stolen in the early hours of the morning.</p> <p> </p> <p>Policy # : ********** - ********** </p> <p>Claim # : DMT071308CLM</p> <p> </p> <p>The screen died as a result I could not ascertain if it was on or off or see if there any incoming calls nor text messages.</p> <p> </p> <p>When the car GPS was unlocked on the vehicle, Tracker couldn’t get hold of me due to the malfunctioning phone which led to the car being stolen on Friday April 22, 2016 at 03h20. Tracker hasn’t been able track it to this day.</p> <p> </p> <p>I had followed the formal route and normal insurance claim processes to get this sorted. </p> <p>§ I called tracker to infomed them on the incident, using a friends phone.</p> <p>§ The police came took my statement and gave me a case number</p> <p>§ I called regent with the case number the very same day to inform them of the incident.</p> <p>I later got to learn that I cannot get a curtesy car for missed debits two months when bought the car. This led to having to travel with taxis and beg for lifts as I live in a very remote area and transport is an issue.</p> <p>14 days after the incident on Friday May 06, 2016 I received and e-mail from Bhekani Zulu who informed me that he was assigned to work on my case and he needed to schedule an appointment with me on Tuesday, May 10, 2016 there will be a couple of documents that he will require from me, which I have him.</p> <p> </p> <p>After constant follow-up via e-mail and countless telephone calls, I managed to get hold of Bhekani who was like a phantom that never answered his phone nor does return calls. We had a brief telephonic conversation where he was asking me about the details of what transpired over 7 weeks ago; the day my car was stolen.</p> <p> </p> <p>He said he will give me feedback after speaking to the management team. I had a loan with Bayport Financial Services. Made a request for a settlement letter for which I received and made payment on the very same day. <br> <br> I then made a request to get proof that the account has been paid in full and I was told that he funds do not reflect in their accounts as yet. <br> <br> Made a follow-up call inquiring if the funds reflect and the consultant said funds do reflect on their account, she's got communication requesting for the letter and she will send me proof that my account has been settled and the letter as well. <br> <br> It's been over a week now, how long could it possibly take to draft a letter? <br> <br> Account Number 1608278003<br> <br> Extremely Exasperated Client <br>
