On the 02/01/2025 a flake cake(gateaux) was bought for a birthday from the branch in scottsville, PMB. The cake was cut hower having to taste it, the sponge was stale. So no other slices from the cake was had and the cake returned to the bakery in scottsville. This is were it gets interesting. The cake was taken back as they couldn't do a refund nor could they get another cake. As per the manager the cake must be sent for analysis then until the findings are sent back nothing can be done. Like Wow 😲 just wow. After calling the manager Rajen he apologised for not calling us back. And the outcome of this whole situation was mind boggling. He said that we can go fetch the money HOWEVER!!! we are no longer allowed to purchase anything from their bakery. SHOCKED, SHOOK 😳😯 Not even Woolworths will do something like this. How's this for customer service. Imagine airing your views with them and then been told you cannot purchase anything because you won't like anything. By the way we have been buying from there for at least 20 years. It seems that if we call them out and they dislike they will ban us from purchasing cakes. This is the first time in my history that a manager says this
This hidden gem is situated in the Centurion Mall. The ambiance and vibe in this place was absolutely awesome. The food was affordable and their specials were shockingly reasonable with huge portions. I could not fault one thing at this place. The manager and staff were on the ball. The taste of the food was heavenly and delicious. Will definitely be going there again
I wasn't happy at all with my December 2021 dealings with Snatcher. They waited last minute to deliver my items and did not have an item in stock and only told me on the last minute. Although I will be able to get another item for the one cancelled I now have to pay extra for delivery which Im not happy about. Every other month that I have purchased from them I did not have a problem
Once again Jayz Grill in PMB, INVESCO Centre you outdid yourselves. We went there on the 20/12/2021 to celebrate a birthday party. The service and food wa excellent. The atmosphere was festive and everyone had a great time including the kids.
I have bought quite a few items over the past year from them. Delivery is prompt items come no damages even to boxes. Very affordable and reliable.
Clicks Hayfields, Pharmacy in PMB is truly a no go. I already know of others that have left and not returned there. On Saturday afternoon I went to pick up my chronic pill. I stood in the line where it says prescription medication as I always do. There was one lady in front of me and when she was done it was my turn. The pharmacy manager was in attendance, she asked me what I needed and I told her. She then told me to go join the self medication line which had about 6 people. I asked her why should I join the other line as I was next to pick up my meds, her reply was that the other line was quicker???? If I am standing in front of the person serving me How can going into another line of 6 people be faster ??? I was absolutely furious at her incompetent explanation. Even if I was in the wrong line she should have just continued to get my meds. Behind me was an old white lady who also came to pick up her chronic meds and she was served with no hassles by a person by the name of Linda. I asked her to print out my script and went to Dischem and was treated so differently. A few months ago I went to pick up my HRT patch and again I had a problem with the pharmacy staff. Instead of telling me that there is no stock of the Evorel Conti patch in the country they kept on saying come tomorrow and that led to me going to 4 times and only to be told that there is no stock of the patch. I have been a loyal customer of Clicks and especially the pharmacy however, Saturday was my last straw with the incompetence of the pharmacy manager.
Has anyone taken out a loan with this company. They are asking for an up front payment for insurance purposes and I don't want to pay it and never see my money again
My purchase of a new Polo Vivo over the past weekend went without a hitch. The sales lady Erica Neff is the best. Her professionalism and her kindness towards us was totally indescribable. She must be honored for the way she went out of her way to get me the best deal and everything and more that I requested. She comes highly recommended.
Firstly, their dealer principle does not care about his clients. I phoned them last week and asked the receptionist Michelle to put me through to their parts centre as I wanted to purchase items for my service. They were busy and she said that they will call me back. To date I have not received a call from them. To do a service with them is absolutely impossible because of their rates. I priced the items that I needed and it came to R750. An approved and accredited garage was charging me R500 labour. Barons VW in PMB want R4500.00. I asked for an explanation from Valerie regarding the huge difference and her answer was THAT WAS THEIR PRICE. WHAT A RIP OFF.
