Have been trying to call all week at different times, no response on their phones. I have emailed several times, no contact has been made. And while that happens our registration might be cancelled because of incompetence. Where is the professional service promised?
One Star is being genereous. Thornburn Security Solutions in Stellenbosch, what a joke! I have called 12x in one morning to get a technician to call me back and still nothing has happened.
<p>As I type this, I have been waiting on the phone for 15min while they ignore me and carry on with business.</p> <p>Managers never call back and complaints are never dealt with.</p> <p>I have been dealing with them for over 4 months and still no one has come out to the property to sort it out. I am beyond amazed how this company manages to remain open! WOW</p>
<p>My husband and I purchased a Telefunkin television from them, I waited at the warehouse for 2 solid hours with two kids for our order .</p> <p>We collected it on Tues we plugged it in and found when the screen was on but blank (black screen) there was one bright spot, just below the centre of the screen to the left. </p> <p>You wouldnt otherwise see it if there is a picture but blank screen makes it shine bright.</p> <p>Apparently this is due to a burst pixel, and a new TV coming out a factory should not have this.</p> <p>I contacted the call centre to be told I can do a straight exchange at the warehouse, it was no problem as It wasnt even with us for a full day. </p> <p>So I go early on Wed to exchange, only to be told when I get there that, " unfortuately they need time to test, so we will get the new one in 24 - 72 hrs".</p> <p>Now 72hrs later, there has been NO CORRESPONDENCE. I call back to be told they will call me back, nothing. I call again to be told that it will now take up to 8 days. Even though I told them we require it BEFORE the weekend and was originally told it would not be a problem.</p> <p> </p> <p>I send this complaint because last Christmas I had the same issues, where no one was trained properly to deal with issues and all gave the wrong info. No one knows what is going on or how to fix it. I feel the level of service becomes worse the bigger Takealot gets. We spent alot of money there, and expect a much better service! </p>
My fiance ordered a Russell Hobs fan and we could see it was \in stock"we waited and waited and was told that we will get it in 10 days. what? <br> I called them and they said it wasn't in stock and sent our money back.<br> <br> This one really gets to me"
First and foremost my mother inlaw has applied for their unabridged birth certificate at Vereeniging, so we may use it for our overseas documentation. We applied almost four months ago and was told it would only take 8 weeks. Since Vereeniging Home Affairs cant answer their phone EVER, i have lodged a case with Pretoria head office, call centre. I have spoke to them on countless occasions even resent ALL DOCUMENTATION AGAIN with no joy. It is all there, ID, Names, Dates everything, yet an unabridged cannot be put together. I am beyond myself, I need this certificate to go onto next step of application but Im still stuck on the first step.<br> <br> Today I spoke to Lungile Zwane who decided to tell me how I should feel, when I got irate with her as nothing gets done!!!<br> <br> Everytime I have contacted this \head office"I have been told 72 hours"
Okay so yes I will say I was calling to cancel the Insurance that I set up with them only a week ago, as I decided to stay with my current insurer.<br> <br> Chris in cancellations gave me a mouth full of how they are the best company, how can I waste THEIR time setting it up if I wanted to leave (note: they hounded me for two weeks while I was moving and I felt hassled to say the least). He also bought up how they were the best service in their industry, but I saw none of that talking to him.They even got info on the documentation wrong....<br> <br> I eventually told him I had my doubts leaving my insurer, but my husband mentioned looking into Outsurance. Which I did but after careful consideration on my part I felt it would be best to stay where I was.<br> Chris said well if my husband sends me to them that he obviously thought they were best, I then got angry and said, I pay for it not my husband, so its my choice.<br> <br> I was very specific in the beginning and told him it not necessary to try convince me, I just would like to cancel but he went on and on and it really just makes people angry.<br> <br> I was happy to leave after talking to him.
