Going the EXTRA MILE
My vehicle broke down in the Imfolozi Game Reserve and VW S.A. contracted Keith's Towing Ricards Bay to collect the vehicle. <br> <br> The vehicle was collected within hours even though it was dark and after hours, all my belongings was delivered to the camp where I resided for the evening and delivered to VW early next morning. <br> <br> Many thanks for super service and VW S.A. and other motor dealers can trust Keith's Towing to deliver the extra mile.<br> <br> Many thanks again

After breakdown the super service and response
My VW Tuareg started leaking fuel from the engine compartment while in the Imfolozi Game Reserve. <br> <br> I contacting the VW S.A. all hours call center after 15h00 in the afternoon, and although we were 2 hours inside the park from the entrance gate and one hour from Richards Bay a replacement vehicle was arranged by VW and delivered by Hertz - Richards Bay, a tow-truck from Keiths Towing - Richards Bay was also arranged by VW S.A. and frequently followed up by VW S.A. until my wife and I were safely back at the camp inside the game reserve.<br> <br> Within hours my problems were addressed and a very satisfaction resolution was arranged and executed, even though being so far from the closest VW dealer or town!<br> <br> To VW S.A., Keiths Towing - Richards Bay, Hertz Richards Bay, VW Richards Bay Service manager and KZN Conservation every one of you, a very well done and many thanks.<br> <br> To KZN Conservation many thanks for arranging the after hours \escort services"for both the replacement vehicle and tow-truck!!
