With reference to my previous complaint about FNB ***** Department. Today I had a call from Shila Tlhale at FNB that now confirmed the call from Sandile at the ***** Department and assured me it was not an inside call related to Phishing. However she did not explain why the call was denied when I checked the other day. Gets weirder every time.
On Monday the 6th April I had a call from Sandile at FNB ***** on number 087 575 9444 at10:27 which turned out to be a very weird call. I was very concerned about this call so on Wednesday the 8th April I phoned FNB ***** on 087 575 9444 to verify this call from Sandile. I spoke to Shunai Johnson at 14:28 who confirmed that there is a Sandile working at FNB ***** BUT there was no record of him phoning me 6th April. ??????? Reporting this to the Banking Ombudsman is frivolous because they are not independent. They are owned by the Banks. So this is the only avenue of warning the public.
I would like to express my sincere thank you to the gentleman at Northmead Branch who helped on Friday to resolve a problem I had with my History Payments. This is after trying secure chat and submitting 2 complaints. Complaints 7016323NF and 7027196NF to which I have not heard a single word from FNB. I assume the poor guy at Northmead will never get the recognition he deserves.
It was a choice, Woolworth or Temu. So I thought go local. Never again. Placed my order and heard once from the courier and now silence. You don't hear a thing. Temu you at least now daily where your parcel is. Order number o1909846036
This service is now getting to be absolutely atrocious. I report there is a Gap in my History Payments and 5 days later I'm advised that the complaint has been closed as the problem is resolved. The problem has not been resolved the Gap is still there. Complaint 7016323NF
For weeks I have been trying to retrieve my history of payments but to no avail. It stops at 8th December and now suddenly jumps to 22nd December. Nothing in between. I need to produce a proof of payment but cannot do so. Complaining does not help. Reference 3678052
I have bought a new laptop and I need to verify it with FNB. I've just spent +- 15mins on the phone with FNB being sent from pillar to post with no help at all. So frustrating.
I'm trying to find the size of a shoe I have in wish list but heavens you scroll through how many questions to no avail. Rather give up and order from Temu.
On Saturday the 25th October 2025 I had a Greek salad for R140 and it was 90% Lettuce. Learned my lesson. This was at Papachinos Fourways.
I ordered 6 of the same items.5 were correct and 1 was incorrect. On enquiry I was told to return the incorrect item myself to Checkers. Which I did on the 10th of October. To date I still don't have my wallet credit. emails are not rep**** ,their number 080 000 6060 has not functioned for days. Is all this hassle worth using 60/60. I think not.
