Never experienced anything like this.... SHOCKING!! I ordered from two different companies on the same day 26 April, both having to be shipped. Received items from other company within two weeks. Doll me up always said there's delays when I queried. 30 June a whatsapp was sent out apologizing and we must be patient. I requested a refund. On 5 July received a sms & mail notifying refund, on the 7th still nothing was showing in my account. Mailed them asking what bank they are because it should be showing by now.... no response! It's 9 July and still no refund showing. Sent a whatspp this morning also asking about refund can see they online but not read or no reply yet. SHOCKING SHOCKING SHOCKING. Am i even getting my refund I wonder? Disgusting
Book fun time website claims that you can access all your favorite books and not charge your credit card for a trial period but get charged anyway and now a second payment got taken off. Don't even know how to cancel this. Shocking that people/companies do this
My company booked a strat session and due to unforeseen reasons (death) had to postpone. <br> The owner Leon, hasn't even acknowledged the agents email(sent 15 June)!!! and we are two weeks down the line...<br> The girl i spoke to over the phone tentatively booked our new dates BUT nobody has confirmed them and it's for next week! I was also told my boss signed a cancellation contract (when i asked for this contract, they never had one). They are now not responding to an email sent on Sunday 28 June.<br> Bass Lake has been paid in full (R30 000) and we were NOT cancelling, we were/wanting to postpone dates due to a death! i do believe they are being insensitive.
