<p>I am owner of The Photobookhouse in Port Elizabeth.</p> <p>Erna Loock has ordered numerous albums from us and has not collected or paid for them</p> <p>She telephonically promised to collect and pay for these albums.</p> <p>She no longer answers her phone or replies to my e-mails</p> <p>I feel sorry for her clients who have paid her for these albums and have not received them.</p> <p>Please beware of using Erna Loock for your functions</p>

Hello<br> I have been an autopage client for 16 years and my cell phone bill is normally around R500.00pm.<br> On 16th June i received an sms saying my unbilled data is R34 000.00 and do I want to continue?<br> Then the party started . . . .<br> Autopage Sunridge printed me about 10 x A4 pages of MYMTN usage which when adding up the data equates to about 21GIGs, I do not use my phone for internet and the downloads continued throughout a 4 day period 24 hours a day even throughout the night whilst my phone is next to my bed!<br> I went to go see Autopage sunridge, they sent me to a Nokia shop who in turn sent me to a MTN shop who in turn sent me back to Autopage Sunridge, nobody gave a damn!<br> Autopage Sunridge washed their hands of me and gave me Altech head office numbers and lodged a complaint on my behalf with a reference number: 728454.<br> I have spoken to about 10 x people at the head office .. . . .what a shambles!!!!<br> Everyone has a different story, I got cut off constantly and am still awaiting a manager to phone me back! ( I was told that my case had to be answered by end of business 26 June 2015)<br> Most of the conversations centred around that I am to pay the money (R34 000.00) <br>
