Very difficult to start up and get router connected. Received a router and mail that says that account is active amd connected. Technician said that wifi cannot be connected because the router is *******ed. Its been 4 days that we have been trying to sort out the problem. When contacting customer service they only say that callout has been logged but without any assistance as of yet. Already been billed and still without any help or wifi connection. Been informed that technician needs to come out to connect IOS devices. Today is friday and still no assistance which means we will, hopefully get assistance on monday. Customer service not very helpful. Regretting chosing this service provider. Been more than two weeks since order was placed and still not connected. Would not recommend if you want fast service with helpful customer service
Yesterday an employee from the animal welfare society entered my property without permission, aggressively making accusations, not explaining why she is there or what she wants. I work overseas and at the time it was only my partner, her friend and two young children at my house. They asked this aggressive woman to leave the premises as they were fearing what she might do as she was very hostile. She then proceeded to take pictures of my cars and possessions making accusations that it was bought with money from breeding dogs. I only own one cat and one dog. The house that she received a comaint about was up the road. The lady owner of the dogs from the house up the road, came to our house with her two young children to borrow washing powder. This aggressive and arrogant woman did not give anyone chance to talk and when I pjo Ed her to explain that she was at the wrong house and that she cannot take photos of my possessions as I work overseas in construction and my partner lives alone. I am scared of what happens with those photos as it might be used to show ********s what is in the house. She was very arrogant over the phone and aggressively rep**** "see you in court" when I said that I have to notify authorities and take actions to ensure the safety of my property and partner. This is an disgrace for the animal welfare society to have representatives like that. I have always been a big supporter of your society, but will take this further. This happened in Salisbury park Port elizabeth on Saturday 22 March 2025
SPCA walmer, Port Elizabeth An employee of the SPCA walmer branch aggressively entered my yard refusing to leave. She aggressively made accusations and took photos of my vehicles saying that the vehicles are bought with ******* breeding money. The property where puppies are is up the road from Where I stay. The owner at the time was as my house. I do not have any puppies or breed with any animals. At the time we had young children at the house and the aggressive SPCA employee was very hostile and did not want to listen to any reasoning that she is at the wrong house. This is unacceptable behavior especially when there are two young children at the house. The employee was an Afrikaans women. Without giving a reason why she is there, she aggressively kept on making assumptions, not leaving my yard after being asked several times to do so. I have the incident on CCTV and have notified the authorities
I ordered two items, it was delivered and signed for at a different adress. My adress and contact details are clearly stated. It is unacceptable to allow a different person at a different adress to sign assuming that the package would reach me. I was planning on ordering more items, but will never order from takealot again. Furthermore my review was rejected and not posted. There is no medium to log complaints. Just have to accept the loss off money in items as the item was delivered to someone else and do not know if item was tampered with.

Over the past two days 22/7 and 23/7, Absa has deducted l, without my authorization R6000 Rccs Bos. This is unacceptable as i was not consulted about this and I am currently out of the country without enough funds. No arrangement has been made, this is unacceptable
Really upset with the customer care service. Bought two sofa units and noticed a sharp object/defect on one of the arm rests of the sofa units, under the fabric, after my partner’s children “cut” themselves on two occasions. It was brought to our attention by the children after they injured themselves. We went to lay an complaint, politely.. as these things happen when products are mass produced and we were understanding, expecting the same swift and helpful service as when we bought the furniture. We explained that photos can not be taken as the sharp object is under the fabric, the statement was “ logged” by the assistant manager of Cielo william moffet park, Verna Snyders and she confirmed that a representative will come inspect the sofa unit and that feesback would be given within two working days. It has been more than a week now. My partner printed e-mail evidence just to “politely” follow up on the situation, but to no avail and no assistance offered. We were planning to purchase more furniture as we are currently busy renovating and furnishing 5 properties, but i’ll rather not support this company again...
