Heinrich helped us find a car that was best suited for us. He was kind and patient and professional. We really appreciate his honesty and transparency. We enjoyed our visit with WeBuyCars and are satisfied with the vehicle we bought.

Pay back my money
Unisa had to refundmy money back since they discontinued my field without noticed so I e-mail them the the details they need to do to refund my money. I get notified it will take 15 WORKING DAYS. So I mark my calender and get a read receipt. Thinking it is good. It will get done. 2 days over the 15 working day wait I phone. No answer for about 2 hours of continuing calling. I get through... tto someone who cannot speak English properly, however I persevere. I give in the details and he tells me. They have not received the documents. I told him \I received a read receipt it's impossible. I am relying on this money and needs to be in my account by tomorrow\" he tells me \"it will take another 15 WORKING DAYS AND ITS NOT MY problem when you need the money\" I am absolutely disgusted. After all my years at UNISA offering support. I AM OUTRAGED!!!"
