bad attitude and non refund

i went to return a mouse to the value of R190, that i bought as a gift. The mouse didn't work on their computer so wanted to make an exchange. Before i could talk the man got rude and said must i take this back(shouting). He insisted that he would not refund us nor make an exchange. He kept on talking over me and wouldn't listen to what i had to say. When i responded with the same attitude he shouted louder and chased me out their shop. <br> please help
