I made an appointment for my nails last week. When I arrived she told me that her worker was sick and she didn't have my number to cancel our appointment. I kindly accepted her apology and rescheduled. When I arrived for our revised appointment, no came out to help me. After about 10 minutes the lady came out and told me her workers were running late. I waited in the cold reception area for 57 minutes waiting for service. I eventually got up and left. The woman never phoned me to apologize or reschedule, even though she had my number and my sister's number. It is unacceptable. I took a day's leave to pamper myself and it was wasted sitting and waiting for Usambara staff. I will discourage everyone I know from going there
