Monies Taken off me incorrectly
Good day,<br> <br> My car was written off 2 months ago, yet my policy is still active. I was debited for July and August when I didn't even have a car. I have phoned several times with no success as yet, I was told today again that it has been cancelled and a request has been put through for a refund.<br> <br> Furthermore, when my car was written off, I was charged an extra R2000 excess unnecessarily. I emailed Zethu regarding this information on the 09th of July 2015 and have still not received a response. I also attached all previous adjustments to policies to show that I had no excess showing the R2000.00, except for the very latest one that was conveniently sent to me on the day of settlement, but nothing prior to being informed.<br> <br> That is not right. At the date of the accident and through all the correspondence, there was no adjustment made to policy until the very last minute. I have all documents as proof if needed.<br> <br> All I would like is my money refunded so that I can move on, I'm sure that's not too much to ask.

This situation as a whole was incredibly difficult and very traumatic for me as I have lost my memory of the incident. Grant was incredibly patient with me and kept me in the loop at all times. I am very grateful to have had someone who was so accommodating to my circumstances.<br> <br> Thank you Grant!!!
