Very disappointed, Received an email that my Shein Parcell has been delivered, with no delivery agent contacting me. Needless to say I received nothing. Buffalo customer care whatsapp can't help, tried phoning, no help.
Waiting for delivery that was scheduled on 19 May 2025, received an email 18h00 on 19 May that stated my address is incorrect. Enquired about it the next morning, my address was correct, The FedEx delivery driver made no effort of asking our security at gate if he is at the correct address. I personally asked the security to receive the package for me. When confirming my address and contact details with FedEx live chat the next morning, they assured me the package will by delivered 21 May 2025. On 21 May early morning I receive an email stating that my address is still incorrect and delivery will take place 22 May 2025. Same story different day. After trying numerous times to call customer care or live chat, no one is available. 2 hours of trying to get hold of anybody at Fed Ex with no success. I hope Shein changes their courier service asap. Very very very disappointed.
I ordered Herbalife through this website, but never received my order. It is definitely a scam. The numerous emails I've sent to follow up was answered with childish sentences that made no sense.
I've bought an angel care bath chair in may 2015 and two weeks after purchase the rubber teared in the middle.Baby city exchanged it for a new one, but two months later it teared again. I would like to know what to do about it.The chair is R360 and I would expect better quality for that price.
