Its with great Disgust that i am writing today. I have NEVER HEARD that the Parts division in Roodepoort can ALL GO ON LUNCH for an entire HOUR and that on a Monday ! The SERVICE sucks Big time. BMW , Mercedez , Name them, i have never come across on of them saying The entire Parts division is on lunch FOR AN HOUR !!!!!By the time they filled their guts , the courier service will be closed and i will have to wait ANOTHER DAY in the HOPE it doesnt fall in their LUNCH hour.
Dr Mogwera is a 5 STAR Cardiologist BUT his receptionist sucks . No stars for her seevice ESP her after service. On the 18th sept 2021 my wife saw dr amd Paid CASH . She Promissed to mail me drs Report which I PAID for. In full!!! Its the 22nd today STILL NO REPORT RECEIVED after NUMEROUS CALLS, SMSES, and emails. Unfortunate to have to deal wth someone like her
After Numerous calls/ reports, we received a call back from the SPCA Rustenburg to say the same issue has been reported by 4 other people ànd the issue has been attended to by 3 of their staff members...I WISH i could add voicenotes on here...i wish i could upload pics...after 2 weeks of constant barking , dog fighting , cos the owners aint here, the 2 boerbulls are STILL unattended too. We cannot climb the wall and feed them, if they are found dead for no reason, people might think weve poisened them???? Whats the use of reporting the matter to the local SPCA if nothing is being done about it. It smells horrific! Urine and dog fecis. We are vèry concerned about these dogs! They are being kept in a kennel in the backyard but defnitely not sufficient for them for 2 WEEKS! I hope this review reaches them before the poor dogs die of hunger. We dont see anyone home. They do have water though.l

They take your money and then decide the AIRPORT needs a SPECIFIC cage , then demand another 3900 AFTER they say its 900 for flight. PLEASE FEEDS and FEATHERS ALSO BELONG TO HER !!! SAME SCAMMER
Waterfall mall has THE POOREST STAFF, MANAGEMENT AND FOOD in south africa and THIS IS NOT EXAGGERATING ! VISIT the branch in Rustenburg Waterfall mall and SEE for yourself please. Waht USED to be a very Upmarket venue, now totally sucks! The eggs was ICY COLD and i called the waiter to SHOVE his finger in there to see for himself and he was SHOCKED. Wish they wud rather relocate.
Standing in a queue at the Client Services IS A JOKE. Standing for 3 FULL hours. All the PENSIONERS getting helped 1st. WHY NOT CATER FOR THEM on certain days!! Rather give us chairs and numbers like Capitec. Then atlesst we WILL get the derserved service we need! 7 counters 3 staff ???Waterfall mall staff needs no training The ENTIRE BANK needs new WILLING FRESH STAFF !
Its been 2 weeks now that ive been trying to get my internetbanking and cellphone banking back on track. After using the app for a year ive been notified via sms to update my app. After trying to update there was a mess saying inneed 2 visit my branch. Platinum sqr cudnt help me after sitting there for how long as their fingerprint machine was faulty. They referred me to the mall ... just to get exactly the same response from them! Dear Lord i can still not activate it...still no access to m6 cellphone or internet banking.Truly why dont they just close the pathetic bank!
in early 2014 we cancelled our contract due to the financial difficulties . After explaining and showing the proof to the admin lady at virgin she phoned head office and spoke to a lady that gave her a settlement amount. We settled it there and then as mine was just over the 800 mark and my husbands was 900 some odd -and could not get a printed invoice as the power was off. But knowing her well, we assumed everything was 100%. Never heard from Virgin active again until i joined up in feb/mmarch this year 2015. When i joined i was told there was an outst amount of 900 someodd on my account, i explained but offcourse they are not interrested, so I was told to pay 50% and the other 50% will be written off seeing that i am joining again. In the meantime, i asked the lady to check my husbands ID to see if his was in the clear because by now I truly lost all trust, He's came up 100% clean. 4 days AFTER i joined and once again settled my balance we received a lawyers letter stating my husband owes 1222.00 . Today 09/07/2015 I got a sms stating I have been handed over ON THE 4TH july for not paying my fees of 365.00 for July. On the morning 4th of July i paid the 365.00 at the reception
