Awesome customer service

Recently I visited Clarens and went to the Brewery for lunch. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the craft beers served. So much so that i went back on Sunday to buy a case to take home. Sadly on my return, all the beers I had bought were flat. I contacted them and very promptly and professionally, Natalie took my details and arranged for a replacement case to be delivered at home.<br> <br> This type of customer service seldom happens so i was very impressed. I can't wait to return.<br>
