Atrocious service
The absolute worst company I have dealt with in a very long time. Kelly was OK when we started the purchase venture, but the minute order was placed and paid for - absolute no response. As for Leon - what a joke. Use any other company - Linvar does not deserve your support.

NO COMMUNICATION
I recently made out two orders on one day only. One on 30/06/2015 and another on 03/07/2015. I have not yet received either one of the items ordered and every time I lodge an inquiry - the due date for dispatch is moved on to a later date. I have received no specific date when my parcels will be sent and no reason as to why I have not received my packages. I feel this is unacceptable as the deals are valid for one day, payments should take place immediately and yet no correspondence is issued relating with VALID details as to when the packages will be sent. - the automated e-mail issued on a daily basis is not acceptable as it's the same thing every day.<br> <br> I find this unacceptable. Nobody calls you back and most of the inquiries are ignored. They are of the opinion that due to the nature of their business, no telephonic communication is necessary. <br> <br> <br> <br>
