Found the site through "Brad" got ****med in buying soundbar and TV, took my money but no delivery after payment, keeps on giving excuses and accusing me of harassment after they said that my order was going to be delivered only to say that it was delivered at a depot close to my house with no evidence, please watch out for this site https://www.vortechs.co.za/ as it is a **** site, it looks real and have very good pricing (too good to be true), up till when this review was written no one have contacted me to arrange delivery of my order, site cannot be found on any search engine although claiming to be in business for 4 years. Only sites that you find is regarding car parts or other companies with same name when searching for them, please watch out and do not make the same mistake.
I have a Telkom account for 9 months now i have logged several disputes in regards to incorrect billing the last time the dispute was logged 05-10-2017 i got a call saying that i will be credited the amount that i over paid and it will be right going forward,i received the credit but i am still being billed incorrectly,see dispute ref ********** 2 for my account and comments in description for better clarification to ongoing issue.
<p>Ok i have placed an order online for a line to my house on the 16th of August, after that a person phoned me to confirm on the same day all is well order in, well not actually when i tried calling them today after an hour in the queue i gave up waiting and tried to start a chat with someone on the site,ok chat started asked for information i gave the info then she told me the there is no order,so she told me a order needs to placed AGAIN, so i asked her how is it possible and how could they just lose my order that i placed ONLINE,wehn i looked again the chat is dropped and i am sent back to their homepage ????</p> <p>I am really tired of fighting for everything and always need to revert to this to get helped properly.</p> <p>I wouldlike to know is there any other companies that can do ADSL installations accept for Telkom as they are not delivering any service in that department.</p>
Good day to whom it may concern.<br> <br> We have a 10MG adsl line installed at our head office and it have been down now for 6 days.<br> <br> I have contacted the service line and talked to 3 different persons and the last person I talked to was Unisa and she could not help me I then asked to speak to the person in charge she put me on hold and then dropped the call after I was holding 10 minutes and then I held 22 minutes just to get to her call in the 1st place.<br> <br> We still didn't get a technician out to test and fix our line and no one can tell us when he will be here to fix the issue they only say that the call was logged and still in the queue and no ETA for assistance.<br> This is unacceptable as we have users and servers on that line and it is costing us money.<br> <br> Can this please be resolved ASAP
