iHealth has been appointed as the preferred meal service provider for the Spark School Network.

Since I subscribed with them in January 2015 to provide lunch and a snack for my daughter and niece, they have been the worst company to deal with.

I paid a year in-advance for the two children ( R12 288 ) and the kids received their meals late on several occasion. When they did get their lunch and delayed snack in form of an apple, the children did not eat the food because they did not like the food. I took it as the food was too healthy and they will get used to it. Nonetheless, I suggested other forms of food and was told there was too much processed meat etc in the suggested menu. So, I gave them two full terms to improve until i cancelled my subscription on 1st June. They accepted the contract cancellation and requested I provide my banking details.Which was done. However, to date I have not received my refund and my e-mails or calls are not answered. I have requested for my account statement and the actual date when payment will be done and they have failed to do so. I wonder what type of spaza shop is this company running. Their service is terrible and they are unreliable
