We want our money back now!
After a years ignorance & follow ups on our telephone account we eventually were told by Otto that BAP has no financing available to register houses.He says there's many houses to buy in SA & doesn't see the problem, after the home owners we were buying from cancelled the sale,as a year has gone by & still no financing. After repeatedly emailing & calling Otto, today was the last straw. I got screamed at that some people wait 2 years & that he's not afraid of the police & that the more I threaten him...the more HARDEGAT he gets. So according to attorneys, that's intimidation. He's basically telling us to leave him alone or we will NEVER get our money back!! That if I put my feet on BAP's ground, he will have me thrown out. Obviously he feels fkl for people & their lives aslong as hes pocketing everyone's R12500.00 to live his lavish lifestyle. SO I think we all need to come together &

Steal your money and never register the trust
We went through Bond a Property to apply for a home loan. Got approved. Cc was registered and trust drawn up. My husband went to the address to drop off the trust docs instead if couriering. Got there and it's a house all locked up. I called all the numbers. But none exist anymore and the one that does work of the one and only Otto Van Tonder voice box is full. I later found out via a 3rd party, Bond a property is scamming everyone. Carte Blanche can sort out this one. Otto you take families with children and damage our lives. Rob us of thousands! Destroy lives. But it won't be left here. You will be exposed for who you really are. Bond a property should be renamed Bond a thief!!!
