Bond a property now has a scammy brother
<p>Hi there, Mr Otto van Tonder has now s****ed a new scammy Bussiness called rent 2 keep Cars.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would stay far far far away from anything this scam artist touches - He has R40000 of mine. Nothing No words can describe what a low life this man is.</p>

Promises not done!
Its over a year and we haven't got our R12500.00 back from Otto van Tonder.<br> Otto this is the last request!!!<br> <br> Why do you take our money and promise us we will get a bond in 6 month's time! A year went passed and all you can say is you are waiting for investors??<br> <br> Can you please pay back what you owe us!<br> After numerous mails you haven't respond.<br> <br> You cannot take our money and give us empty promises! This is called theft!<br> We need an answer from you!

Bond a property - Otto van tonder
We have paid R12000 early last year in full (March) after we were asked to do it asap, ever since after that , we had to phone numerous times to try and find out what is going on ( still hoping everything will work out, up to date we haven't received any communication from Otto or his offices, I have also asked Otto last year August I would like a refund , he informed me he couldn't pay me as he don't have the money , I was always very patient with Otto and understanding, but now I'm fed up with waiting , I want my money back a full refund, I don't want to wait any longer , I want a full refund.

Loan stolen
We paid the R11500 and now we can not phone them they are just gone with the money. We phoned the lawyer (Tarl van zyl) and got a stinking attitude from then and no help.<br> <br> This was one big scam from the beginning. It is hard braking that we lost all our savings to this.

Loan stolen

Last year December my wife paid R 12000-00 to bond a property to register for a loan but u to now nothing has happened not even a word from bond a property today i phoned bond a property and the replay was from a Mr Otto van Tonder the owner of Bond A Property was that he can not give back my money because he have not the money but he was was fast to take my money but to give it back is a problem this man is a big crook and thief i want hello peter to take this to Carte Blanche to expel this company <br>

Last year December my wife paid R 12000-00 to bond a property to register for a loan but u to now nothing has happened not even a word from bond a property today i phoned bond a property and the replay was from a Mr Otto van Tonder the owner of Bond A Property was that he can not give back my money because he have not the money but he was was fast to take my money but to give it back is a problem this man is a big crook and thief i want hello peter to take this to Carte Blanche to expel this company <br>

We want our money back now!
After a years ignorance & follow ups on our telephone account we eventually were told by Otto that BAP has no financing available to register houses.He says there's many houses to buy in SA & doesn't see the problem, after the home owners we were buying from cancelled the sale,as a year has gone by & still no financing. After repeatedly emailing & calling Otto, today was the last straw. I got screamed at that some people wait 2 years & that he's not afraid of the police & that the more I threaten him...the more HARDEGAT he gets. So according to attorneys, that's intimidation. He's basically telling us to leave him alone or we will NEVER get our money back!! That if I put my feet on BAP's ground, he will have me thrown out. Obviously he feels fkl for people & their lives aslong as hes pocketing everyone's R12500.00 to live his lavish lifestyle. SO I think we all need to come together &
