Uhnappy with service PRE708813
I had a complaint about 2 weeks ago on Hello Peter regarding my Samsung S6 phone. Customer care said they will phone me back the next to resolve the query. Two weeks later no response? Why can Samsung fix my phone but cell C can not? The lady at the Brits branch said that Samsung is not a product of Cell C.... Its been a month and my cell phone has not been returned from Cell C's Repairs centre and my query has not been resolved!!

Unhappy with service
We are waiting a month for our broken phone from Cell C..Samsung is willing to fix my phone but not cell C!!! The lady working at the Brits branch said we have to pay because Samsung is not one of their products?? So then why selling Samsung phones? We do not like her attitude. Can cell C please sort this matter out??

Promises not done!
Its over a year and we haven't got our R12500.00 back from Otto van Tonder.<br> Otto this is the last request!!!<br> <br> Why do you take our money and promise us we will get a bond in 6 month's time! A year went passed and all you can say is you are waiting for investors??<br> <br> Can you please pay back what you owe us!<br> After numerous mails you haven't respond.<br> <br> You cannot take our money and give us empty promises! This is called theft!<br> We need an answer from you!
