On December my wife and me went to the local Mtn shop at Groblersdal Mall to upgrade our contracts. We decided on the phones that we want and the guy did the paperwork. He told us to give our old phones to the other clerk so she can transfer our data from our old phones to the new ones, and that we must come back after an hour. When we returned they told us that there is a problem with my phone and that we must return the following day. The male clerk said that his female ****orker forgot a certain card at home. When my wife went to pick up the phones the next day, they told her that there is a problem with my phone and we must return the next day. When i went to get the phones, my phone had a lock on it. The lady said that they can't unlock the phone. I asked for another phone but they refused. I left the phones with them to sort out the problem, but till today, 21 February we haven't heard anything from them. I have been a client of MTN for more than 15 years and that is the way they treat us.
I bought a printer from the supplier. They sent me a secondhand printer that broke within a week. They supplied me with another printer with a set of ink cartridges. After about 30 - 50 prints the printing quality became very poor. I sent the cartridges back and they promised me good quality cartridges of which I bought two sets. The quality of the cartridges were just as bad as the previous set. I sent them back and haven't heard from them again. I think it is poor service to sell bad quality goods to a client with a lot of promises.
