Service is very good but provider for plumbing did not make appointment with us and just showed up

Service is very good but provider for plumbing did not make appointment with us and just showed up. Then marked the request that we are finding someone ourselves (which we never said) so the plumbers SolarPlumbers4U are a bit unprofessional but excellent service from Naked.

Under New Management - Highly Recommend

I was a bit wary when I read a complaint but decided to give them a try anyway and I'm so glad I did because I received such great service and have found a repair center I can really trust. Tashriq was super knowledgeable in explaining everything to me, friendly and I could see he really cares about his clients. They offered to let me keep the old bearings as proof and they went the extra mile in their service. I'm very happy with the result. My car runs smoother now, had a great clean and included was a 12 month guarantee on the job. I'm thrilled :) Highly recommend!
