They took my money and did not deliver within the stipulated timeframe. Its been over a week and calls go unanswered. DO NOT GET ****MED LIKE ME!!!!1
Hi <br> <br> I am escalating my query on invoice number B889262636.<br> <br> Effective June 2015, I cancelled my on month on month data My3G contact that I had been paying R149.95 monthly for almost 5 years.<br> <br> With the number deleted, Vodacom sent me a bill that is 10 times my monthly average at R1,465.95. I called the call centres on 9 July 2015 to get an itemised billing of the MSISDN, date, time and usage that resulted in a tenfold bill. There has been no feedback, despite me calling back numerous times.<br> <br> I logged 2 separate reference numbers with 2 different call centres and none of them has resolved the query, 8 days later. I called 082155 Ref = S38AD3PPJS45 and also called 0821946 Ref = S3-8AD7Y-YJM0<br> <br> I need this query to be resolved and not debited for the data. Why won't you just email me itemised proof of how you arrived at this tenfold bill from my monthly average?<br> <br> Regards<br>
