They are a bunch of ******, my salary was late so the debit order didnt go off, they didnt inform me that it didnt go off, but just suspend me, they couldve emailed me and say pay today or else it will by seuspended, non of that just straight suspend, when I recieve the email that say it has been suspendid, I emediatly made payment. But they refuse to reactivaye my account. So payment is made imediately but account is still suspendid. How does that work?
Stay far away. Worst customer service ever! They prever losing a client rather than to help him. Call centre cant assist and managers are not allowed to take calls.
Your client service is patetic. Peter Khambule from private clients never gets back to me and make promise after promise! If you guys are serious about clients please call me back!!
<p>We spend alot of money at woolworths and they just dont care about their customers! Without us as customers you guys will be nowhere so start treating your customers with respect!! You just care about your money and not about your clients. I complaint about a store incendent in which no one contact me back yet and about a incedent where you guys are "stealing" from your customers where the customer service lady was also not very helpfull, I dont think she understand the query. Please dont employ incompetend people at your customer services! I wont buy at woolies or woolies food again!!</p>
