HORRIFIC *****ULENT COMPANY!! DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER PURCHASING FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY ******!! I was contemplating making an online purchase from this company and was about to make payment when I decided to research them first. After seeing only ********** reviews about this company I decided to cancel the order instead, so I went back into my cart/profile and selected the cancel order option. However, instead of the order being canceled the payment was processed and funds debited off my account. I immediately emailed them and explained the error, and I received only an automated response in return. I only received an email from them 5 DAYS later saying only oops sorry, the order had already been shipped, and they were therefore no longer process my request and give me a refund. Yet I only received an email from the shipping company 4 DAYS after this email saying the order was only now being shipped. What a **** artist, *****ulent company, nothing but a bunch of money hungry ****s. I have opened up a case of ***** against them with my bank and I really think, based on all the reviews and my own experience, that this so-called company needs to be permanently shut down!!
I experienced shocking service from Lu May Exclusive Wear (clothing) and advise people NOT to use them. Each time I ordered from them I had problems with my order. Despite the website informing me the selected item was available in my size and in stock, it was only after I paid and completed the order that I was informed that one or two items from each order was not in stock or no longer available (no longer in production). In addition, I had a major issue with one of my returns. I logged a return on the 5th May 2021, but fell ill shortly thereafter and was unable to leave my home for 20 days. When I contacted this company with my special circumstance which could not be avoided, the informed me that the items could no longer be returned because : "it fell outside their 5 day return policy". I find this absurd, it was not failure to return the items due to neglect or laziness, but rather and unavoidable, unforeseen problem. The items are unused and still have their price tags attached. The shirts were also ordered as Small, but they are so loose and poorly fitted they look like a Large in size. I will never use this company again, and advise people to stay clear of them.
I logged a return on the 5th May 2021 but was shortly thereafter quite ill and at home for almost a month. Seeing as this was a special circumstance that could not be avoided, this company still refused to accept my return because "it was out of their exchange policy time period of 5 days". I find this shockingly bad service, especially seeing as the Small sizes I ordered are so hugely oversized they look like Larges. In addition, each time I have ordered from them there have been problems. Each time one or two items are out of stock or no longer available, even though the website indicates otherwise (requested size in stock and available). I caution everyone using this company NOT to use them. Shocking service all round.
I have had endless problems with Mango Airlines on multiple consecutive occasions. I try and make payment for a flight booking on their website and I am informed that there was an error with payment, payment has not been processed and I do not receive a booking confirmation. Yet I receive a notice from my bank informing me payment has been processed and allocated to Mango. After phoning the bank and receiving an authorization code Mango still insists they have not received payment and refuse to issue me a booking confirmation. This is after waiting more than 30 minutes for someone to answer their phone. This has happened every time I try to phone and with every department. The staff are very helpful and have a nonchalant attitude, not really caring or helping to help resolve the issue. One person that assisted me informed me that the website was down but as soon as the website is operational again I will automatically receive my booking confirmation. After a few hours I still had not received the confirmation. Mango simply say they have not received payment, they cannot issue a booking confirmation.This is paramount to stealing. It has happened twice in a row and I will now report them to the Ombudsman, They have left me with no alternative. Shocking service, I will never use this airline again and am cautioning all not to do so either.
