My ADSL line has not worked for almost two months. I have, however been invoiced for the full amount. A lady from Telkom phoned me and assured me that I would be credited for February - I need to phone and dispute the invoice for March at the end of the month. I honestly don't feel that this is fair. I entered into a 24 month contact with Telkom and I expected them provide a service, instead I find myself phoning call centres every month to try and rectify issues. This contract has been nothing but a hassle since the first month (August 2017). I am extremely unhappy with your service.
I placed an order on the 31st of July. I received my order number and attempted to track it the following day. I am unable to track my order online as it just opens a new page each time. I waited a couple of days and sent an email - no reply to date.<br> <br> I phoned on the 7th of August, spoke to a lady who said she would track my order and phone me back - I had to phone her an hour later only to find out that the person in charge is unavailable and she doesn't know when this lady will get back to me. She then put me through to an extension and I had to leave a voicemail.<br> <br> Old Khaki Facebook replied to my message today, almost a week after I asked for assistance, and gave me their word that someone would contact me - DID NOT HAPPEN!<br> <br> Phoned again today, same ridiculous story.<br> <br> I have ordered from various online websites and I have NEVER encountered such issues. <br> This is pathetic!<br> <br>
