I ordered and paid for goods on 18 December 2022 and to date I have not received them. The expected delivery date was 28 December 2022. When I track the parce the status says 'in transit to South Africa ' since 26 December 2022. I have been writing follow up with no feedback. I received an email from Fruugo on 18 January 2023 in which I was requested to rate them.
I claimed for a damaged fridge and washing machine after paying only one premium. Guess what? They replaced the two appliances expediently. I had an option to choose the appliances I wanted bit of course with a top up if they were going to be more than the price of the replacements. I didn't have to top up because I loved the replacements. Thank you KP. I was doubtful when I switched but I can confidently confirm that you are reliable
I am Elizabeth Lefentse Ratsela. I took a GAPID insurance with the intention of having no headache in cases where the medical aid short pays the service provider. I submitted a claim on 2 July 2015. I made a telephonic follow-up on 10 July 2015 and lodged a complain that I never received acknowledgement of receipt of the claim. I spoke to Surashka Ramlagan and she acknowledged receipt of the claim and even sent me an email on the sane day.<br> <br> I called again on 22 July 2015 to make a follow-up. on the sis occasions that I called, an answering machine kept me on hold for about 7 minutes and the bid me farewell and the call gets dropped. I sent an email again on 22 July 2015 and I have not received any feedback.
