They have excellent customer service and they help guide me in the right direction.
As per mail and conversation with Jacques Hatting he advised that a refund is not possible.<br> <br> I strongly disagree, firstly because of the service we received was unsatisfactory. 2ndly the financial loss that we encountered during the times of our mails been down. Killerdeals main sales source is done via internet orders. We have had many cancelled orders because we have not promptly received our mails<br> Please find enclosed mail requests for assistance in sorting out our issues. <br> You will also see that we have completed steps as per your requests and received assistance from our IT company, with no luck. <br> <br> In the enclosed mail, you will see the poor service received in not just your technical support, but also customer service. We will receive no feedback to any of our requests ,unless we call for assistance.<br> <br> We unsatisfied with your company's customer service procedures, and have not received prompt feedback from day one.
