Another delayed flight
Have used the late flight on [URL Removed] to Cape Town a few times. Again the flight delayed, this time by over 2 hours with NO COMMUNIVATION. Booked early to get on the emergency exit then got bumped to row 26. Very poor service. No amount of joking makes up for poor service and shoddy communication.
