Misleading client into false contractual agreement
I was involved in an accident on Saturday and I was taken to hospital at that time and I left the car at the scene. A towing truck came and said his charging 650 for towing the vehicle however he suggested that they take it to their yard so we can get a quotation and if we don't agree with it we can pay the 650 rand and get the car towed to where it was initially supposed to go. Today we get here at the yard they are telling us they haven't assed the vehicle and if we want to take it and it will not be fixed by them then we should pay 8000 plus in Oder for the car to get out of the yard. We were deceived to start with by the tow truck driver which happens to be a sub contractor for Help 24. Apparently they get plus 3000 for bringing in a car and they telling us they have already paid him on Saturday however on Saturday the offices are closed and they now don't want to provide us with an invoice showing the payment made. <br> <br> Please assist in this regard as they are fighting for the 8000.

Incompetent, disrespectful, ill mannered and Lazy
I reside in the Joburg CBD in one of city properties buildings Talis Place to be specific. The past weekend I encounted an unpleasant experience which I highly think no tenant has to go under. Due to the fact that I don't have access for underground parking I signed a casual parking form in order to access the basement. On a 24 hour basis there must be a security gaurd allocated on site at all times which is not the case at all times due to them always lingering around and forever asking us money as a way for them to make our lives easier. They always sleeping at night which am yet to take prove of it however I will cause they sleep on duty at all times. several tenants have been robbed waiting for the securities to open for them and still their attitudes have not yet changed towards their daily duties. They feel they posess power and forget they're employed to ensure safety and access control at the building. Sunday morning they literally refused to open for me after attempting to alert them. When they finally did open and I entered the basement one had to ensure that they come fetch me downstairs however that was not the case. I was trapped under for more than 45 mins.
