This owner Leo Chetty owns a lot of business but exploits his contractors he makes the contractor work and he don't pay them there must be a way to stop rogues like this from bankrupting our business

I like to formal lay a complaint about Ronald , cae registration DB29PYGP.Yersterday i logged a call at pm for road side assist because my tryre was flat in Northgate Parking lot Banking mall entrance.They called me and ask if I have tools I told them No, I only have a jack and they asked the model of the car and if I have a spare wheel in good condition and replied yes, repeatedly they ask if I have a crank(tool used to take out the spare wheel underneath the car) and I said no.Johan came to check whats happening and gave me advise on other things he was very helpful and he called the guys to come and assist with the tyre and I had him on the phone saying they must bring the tools as I don't have them crank been mentioned there.Ronald came with his buddy and I told them i need to insert the spare wheel so that I can take the car to tyre specialist to check for me the suspension and all that to submit to the insurance.The came and they did not have the tools they tried to do it but failed , I told them I need this service they were now aggressive and rude to me , they told me they are not going to be paid for this job , they don't have the crank and there is nothing they can do.I heard them now talking to themselves cursing at me and say all kind of things including who do I think I am.They told me they have organized a tow truck to take my car home and that was like 17.15 or so bare in mind I need the wheels to be in so that I can take my car for inspection how will I do to that if its at home with a flat tyre.I waited for the tow truck then after 18.00 I decided to call the insurance and they organized me a tow truck so Ronald never helped.I contacted the A1 assist complaint centre 0116733047 @17.35 they guy who answered the phone told me flat tyre for them means a wheel spanner and jack( bear in mind the same people called me to ask what tools I have including the crank) the guy quickly defended the employees and was never interested to hear my complain and the treatment I got for Ronald .This caused me a lot of strain , pain , emotional and psychological effect, hot home xtremely late

My vehicle was towed to the A1 assist yard 91 Banfield road, industria north, after a horrible accident. On enquiring how much it would cost for the release I was informed by the front of house last informed me there was no money due and that I could collect my vehicle. When I came to collect I was informed by the same woman that a actually owe 6200. I argued with her to be told she had the months confused, January and December. I requested to speak to the manager try to get a discount. The so called manager there, Ronel, firstly didn't even have the manners to get her fat lazy **** out of her chair (located less than 5 metres from where I stood) and acknowledge my existence let alone greet me and secondly blatantly dismissed my complaint without even exchanging a whisper of Converse with me. So I left their office and went to my car where I phoned A1assist directly and asked for a manager only to find myself once again dealing with this rude and obnoxious soul. I was calm and civil enough to at least ask how she was to which she grunted in a fashion similar to that of the very Neanderthal she was behaving like. To further agitate my already irritated frame of mind I'd barely began to state my case about their front desk assuring me everything was fine and no storage fees where due ( this was less than a week prior) instead I was screamed and spoken over and basically threatened by this excuse for a human being. I eventually cut her off by the only means available to man when a woman is historically assaulting him over the telephone. I hung up as viciously add I could. It boggles ones mind that such a hard, mean spirited fork robbed person can be working in a MANAGERIAL position where there would be interaction with people having just gone a traumatic experience. I was mentally exhausted that day after the who painful interlude with death and distribution. Disgusting and disatified with the A1 towing yard in industrial North

My wife was towed by First help in Roodepoort on the 13 May 2020. They didn't mark the fuel gauge, wheelspanner and spare wheel after seeing the collection slip I decided to call and inquire about this of which I was told its not necessary anymore as they just take pictures. Now when I collected my car from Panelbeaters my fuel was drained from full tank to almost quarter empty, my axe which I carry on the car was missing. The Panelbeaters told me the car arrived like that. I decided to now ask for the pictures of which I was told they are not available. Now I don't know who to turn to for help because to me it's like they are protecting whoever stole the items and is this not promoting theft.

Be very carefull dealing with these people. They now also trade as First Assist from FirstGroup. They still owe me more than R150,000 for work done, and simply refuse to pay me. Knowing I cannot afford the legal fees to sue them. I have also seen them threatening customers complaining about high towing costs and items gone missing inside vehicles. Must acknoledge this is a common problem from most towing services.

Be very carefull dealing with these people. They now also trade as First Assist from FirstGroup. They still owe me more than R150,000 for work done, and simply refuse to pay me. Knowing I cannot afford the legal fees to sue them. I have also seen them threatening customers complaining about high towing costs and items gone missing inside vehicles. Must acknoledge this is a common problem from most towing services.
