im struggling to get help with the customer centre i have been calling for the past week no help keep on hold for more than 10 min until your airtime finished - i have a claim with regard license renewal and my grace period is almost over im struggling to get update on progress , im not happy at all and
The service was top gear Nthabiseng made it easier for me to explain everything and was assisted within minute what I like she help me with my home language she didn't even try to twist me off 🤗❤️🤌

I'm not happy everytime if should get a service from budget must write a complaint to hello Peter that's not fair..had my strach and sent claim since April w 2022 still now hadn't be paid out and another Claim did in August September send everything haven't heard anything I'm so very sick with budget honestly 😭😭
the most disgusting service ever received - budget insurance they dont care about their clients- i had claim in January where i was advise the damages cost R53OOO and because i couldn't use their repairer and ask for repairer of My choice the consultant who may claim was alloccated too Nobuhle Cele -i send emails call she awalys have to call me back -last time she lied that her email are not working-she never respond any email-when she call back last after 2week of battle to get hold her -advise me that the damages are now qoute R40200 -i asked for the call records and Quotation she lied again that her email are not working -however still today i have been follow up on qoute and recording.no1 is getting back to me.. im very shocked this is fraud so if have to use my own repairer amount to the damages has to lower .last week ask for my policy to be cancel budget already debited for the month of May -Come to my surprise the policy is effective cancelled for 20th of April -what happened to my money that was debited on 20th of April for the Month of MAY.:( IM VERY ANNOYED
I would like this opportunity to thank Thembakazi Dlamini for her service she has rendered to me as a client. I registered a claim in January where I constantly follow up with no clear update every time was advised to contacted no one did. I was very furious and irate to say the least..i would like to appreciate the manner which Thembakazi handled my frustrations..and im humbled with her outstanding service.. Budget this one is for kept 🔥🙏🏼✍️😍🤲
im very much disapointed with the servic receivd from budget -register a claim in january early january was only approved late february took a month to authorised a claim -no one called to discuss the panel they refering me to the repairer that are over 90km away they dont have direct line you haveto call broker motor happy to get through i have been asking them to call me two weeks no call or no email to at least acknowledge .now busy driving the car with the side mirror that is keep on falling and almost got another accident yesterday cause ddnt see the other come coming from the passenger side -im very disgusted with their service --they dont give update with are the on keep follow up and making noise before they can value us.
