after two weeks of receiving my car from Nu Wagon who is the panel beaters i noticed that my fog light cover is missing reported the incident to the insurance company who advised that i take the can back . They assessed the can and promised that two days it will be there i have since been waiting when i contacted the insurance they told me the panel beaters told them the part fell because of an accident which accident i don't know and why only the cover they replaced fell not both side and my bumper is not even damaged . And when i was there why did they lie to me that they will fix it and go behind my back to report it as accident . To make matters worse they even charged me for a new radiator which they didn't even replace this Nu Wagon are a **** and Prime South Africa is promoting this kind of behaviors.

My name is Jefrey Mohale i have two contracts with cellc last year on the 13th of December 2022 i went to Midrand Boulevard Cellc shop to check if i dont qualify for upgrade. I was told that i dont qualify and i requested that they can then stop my contract when it expires. Boom last week the 17th my wife got a massage that i am upgraded. I tried to call cellc to no avail. Only yestetday i managed to get thru when i asked why am i still paying R1100 for the same benefit they said 400 plus was for the device which i didnt get from anyone. I adked to speak to the supervisor boom he or she was busy in a meeting and they will get back to me in 30 minutes no call received after 30 minutes. I called again after 5 hours boom they are still busy. I told the woman who helped me to send a massage that i will reverse the premiums until i get an answer to the why am i paying for a device i dont have and why was i automatically upgraded when i was told to my face that the system rejected me.
Morning my name is Jefrey Mohale my wife Daphney Mohale purchased a stove from Protea Glen Soweto OK Furnisher on the 23 August 2020 . I have since been waiting for the stove to arrive at the shop to no avail . I am very unhappy with the service you guys have given so far and went last week Sunday (4/10/2020) to get the refund even then i was send to pillar and post . I even offered to fetch the stove at the nearest OK furnisher but even that i am still not assisted .The item number is 5418/019902/01 please advise on the way forward
Miway allocated an advisor for us who didn't get anything done for us. But Jeaninne Fourie took over which made our car to be finished on time and she always checked on us and updated us on the progress of the repairs. How I wish miway could employ many people like her. She went out of her way to make sure that the assessor visited Renew-It before we collected the car. Good work Jeaninne and thanks for your help.
My wife was towed by First help in Roodepoort on the 13 May 2020. They didn't mark the fuel gauge, wheelspanner and spare wheel after seeing the collection slip I decided to call and inquire about this of which I was told its not necessary anymore as they just take pictures. Now when I collected my car from Panelbeaters my fuel was drained from full tank to almost quarter empty, my axe which I carry on the car was missing. The Panelbeaters told me the car arrived like that. I decided to now ask for the pictures of which I was told they are not available. Now I don't know who to turn to for help because to me it's like they are protecting whoever stole the items and is this not promoting theft.
I think something is very wrong with Huawei Y5 the phone freeze like ice making machine . Sometimes you get a call try to answer but the screen decide no answering calls today I receive more than 20 calls a day but I have to return 15 of them because the answering button was just not working.
tyres and rims claim : I took a tyre and rim claim from Bidvest I recently had an incident that bent my rims and one tyre broke and the other one bubbled due to the impact of the pothole . they told me to go to Tyremart only for them to reject my claim with the excuse that the tyres have bubbles but this is the reason I am claiming the bubble is from the impact . Now I am sent to Ombudsman.
I have claimed for my device on the 23/05/2020 of which I was told the claim is approved. Two days after I paid the excess but yet to receive my device only yesterday I was told they are still ordering . This is not acceptable

Today when I called to enquire they told me the phone is out of stock I asked why don't they ask me to select something of the same value they told me it doesn't work like that . I was put through to the manager who told the agent he is too busy I must send my complains to WWAS . Why must I wait to almost 14 days after paying excess. If they can't find the device why not ask me to choose from those available on the shelves . </div>
