bad service from agent
I was renting a two bedroom apartment since February and when it was raining outside water was coming in from the ceiling in my room, the bathroom and the kitchen. i laid a complain to the agency as it states from the lease agreement that a tenant should report any damages from the apartment and the landlord will fix them. so i have laid a complain, telling them how the water damages my stuff and for 3 months nothing was done. The agency kept on saying they will fix it every time i was reminding him. So since they could not follow their lease agreement i decided to move out of the apartment and now they are telling me i have to follow the lease agreement and pay a 4 month rent if i cannot find someone to take our the lease. no one wants to move to a place that is raining especially now that its winter.
