Terrible customer experience. I have been on hold with the call center for more than half an hour. The website is unresponsive when trying to book an appointment. Nothing on the website to indicate that the center is closed or anything of the sort. One would imagine the Embassy involved would be furious about this poor quality of service
I have never experienced such bad service from an organisation. I have called through to this particular organisation 8 seperate times for them to promptly tell me they have "no idea when a parcel will be delivered" to placing me on hold indefintely and ultimately straight up no answering my calls. If it wasn't for another company referring me I would think that this company is a SCAM. It just seems like no one wants to deal with any customer queries or phone calls.
Please do not order from Verre and if you have please report it to the police. Even if no funds are recovered this site needs to be shut down to prevent further fraud. Site looks legit and is even secure with https. Also PayFast as the payment gateway which is aiding in this issue. Site was created with Shopify so it all seems legit. One just have to read through their privacy section to realize that it is not a legitimate business. Pity I only saw that after I was scammed.
