Insurer = Standard Bank Insurance, CLA is the assessors. Claim 23/052869. Claim logged on 26/06/2023, today is 28/11/2023. The assessor is not responding to emails where the 2nd quote is questioned, evidence is provided that contradicts their assessment. The claim is not finalised. No answers provided
Claim 23/052869 was logged on 26/06/2023. After various delays and run-arounds, I still have not received a final answer on 28/11/2023, MORE THAN 5 MONTHS later. When I phone, I can never speak to the claim handler, Yasmeen Larnie, the person answering the call can give me no details. I have sent numerous emails, with no response. What do I need to do to get an answer?????
I have phoned on 01/09/2020, no answer. I then logged 2 claims on the website. No-one has contacted me. As the claims was urgent, I had to go ahead and find a contractor to repair. I paid the contractor. I have lodged numerous queries on the website. No one phones me back. The claims have also not been paid back. Pathetic
Online supplier of technology goods wants you to pay in money, when you want to purchase the goods face to face, they string you along and eventually tell you they have no stock at their shop, you HAVE to buy online. All a scam
