Declined or discriminated? The agent took us for a viewing to a property and started pressing for application documentation. We found a property listed by the same agent that is more in our budget. She again pressed for paperwork before we could go view. I sent everything through and told her that my husband is still on probation at his new job. They declined our application due to income being too low. We got a letter from his new employer stating what his monthly salary would be, in which case we would qualify. They then declined us again under the pretext of credit score. They did not want to help us from the minute I submitted my documents - because I have had to beg and plead and nag for feedback. Is it because I work for opposition estate agent?

I have been asking since June that my debit order date be changed. They continued to debit on any date as they pleased and double debited me as well. When I want to cancel they want to hit me with cancellation fees. ********s.
