REFUND OF DEPOSIT
Has anyone else paid a hefty deposit to Erik Hurn and Loerien (Lola) Hurn of Good Vibes Living for a swimming pool? I paid a 80% deposit in January 2023 and now 4 months later, NO POOL and NO return of my deposit!! Trying to contact them but no reply to my calls, messages and emails anymore. SO disappointed as I am a widow and it took me a long time to save up that money :( I want my money back!

Makro Online useless!
<p>I bought an item that was only available for sale online on the 31st of May and agreed to pay the delivery fee as I was told I could not collect the item. I have been waiting close 2 weeks for the item to be delivered and even after numerous emails and calls, no one can tell me when the item will be delivered. Today I was told perhaps it has to do with Wednesday's storm? Really??? Pathetic customer service. Do yourself a favour and don't bother buying anything online from Makro if you really need it delivered in the 'promised 3-5' working days. I should get my delivery fee re-embursed for having to wait so long!! </p>
