Poor service
<p>I bought a group on voucher, all excited thinking I’m going to pamper myself after having my first child. Little did i know i was in for the worst treatment ever. First they didn't send me their new address that they have moved and when i call they keep hanging up on me and eventually run out of airtime, i get a lady at their old premises to assist me by using her and Joy, the owner/ manager still has a attitude to say i should call using my phone then hangs up again. we call again then she tells me to go home a reschedule on Monday, then hangs up yet again. the lady that’s helping me get annoyed and calls again asking for the new address, and assumes she knows where this is (lucky she was spot on). When i get there JOY is still rude telling to be quite as she has clients. To top it off, i arrived 5 minutes late for my appointment and she says she is busy and keeps me waiting for over an hour, if i was paying cash i would have left a long time ago. Noticed that clients kept walking out without complete treatments and all she says is sorry, my sweetie. I'm not your sweetie, but a paying customer who paid over R500.00 for a complete waste of time. GREAT SERVICE
Ntokozo is a star, she was persistent in getting hold of me. re-evaluated my policy and gave me great premium. She was very friendly, warm, kind and professional on our call. Truly gave 'world-class' service. high 5 Ntokozo
