Bad Attitude about price changes

We arrived for our weekly car wash. When we asked for our usual R60 Eco Wash we were told that for today it is R70. We asked why because the signs on the boards are advertising R60. The guy just told is that is has changed. We tried to explain to him that the price on the board is R60 and now it is R70. After that we told him we will sort it out with the manager. All we got from the manager was a bad attitude. She did not even know that the prices changed and thought it was for a bigger car which was not the case. We left there without washing our cars.<br> <br> It was false advertising and horrible customer service from management and that is why we will not go back again.
