Worst service ever!!!
The worst service ever !!!!!their system generated a tracking number with a digit missing, luckily we took a picture of the screen. They kept on telling me the tracking number I’m providing is incorrect but they are the ones who generated an incorrect number, my parcel was late and had to find alternative to wear and even after they found my parcel all they told me on email is that they have found the parcel and ate sending it, no apology for their mess up and when I responded expressing how dissatisfied I was there was no reply to my email ever again

worst service ever
Im extremely upset and annoyed with their service.<br> <br> My lap top was supposed to be delivered yesterday by 11 and it didn't, I called them and was told there were delays by 2 i will get it. 2 passed and I called again after 3 and I was told the driver is on the way will get here any minute and 3 hours passed and I called again and now I was told a different story about the laptop not being released due to the kilos it weighs being more than what you charged and I can only get it monday.<br> <br> I explained to this guy that there is important information I need for tomorrow in that lap top and what he is telling me was never shared to me, he promised to arrange something and call me back that was after 18:00 14-08-2015 till now no response and they are not picking up the phone.
